Equity Investment Partnerships, LLC is pleased with the transaction completed the early days of the month of March between LAMM Foods Distributors and GenCap America for a total of 12 Million Dollars (U$ 12,000.000.00).
EIP was able to perform the all the intermediary services required for the successful transaction that allowed the principals at LAMM Food Distributors to achieve its selling objectives, as well as those set for GenCap America as the buyer. GenCap America remains highly enthusiastic about LAMM Foods future and hopes to see significant growing potential and market expansion.
